Terms Of Service
-Don't trace, copy or claim the artworks as yours-Please credit me if you are using the art on social media. (youtube, facebook, twitter,instagram etc)-I have the right to use artworks for promotion purposes (commission samples, speedpaints etc).-If you wouldn't like your commission to be posted, please let me know in the request form.-I have the right to refuse any commission proposal if I can’t fulfill its standards.-Payment is FULL and UPFRONT.Once payment has been received,I will start working on your commission as soon as possible.-Payment must be made within 2 days after invoice is sent, otherwise the order will be canceled.(If this is not possible,please DM me in advance.)-If the character is very complex or there is some additional add-ons(weapons,etc), the price might be increased.-There will be NO WIPS and NO CORRECTIONS/EDITS after receiving the final illustration.-I take 1 or 2 weeks to 1 month after starting a commission, to finish it. (Depending on the complexity of your commission + I have school)If something happens that can delay the commission, I will let you know.-If the commission has to be done before a certain date, please let me know in the request form.Faster completion or deadlines may require EXTRA FEES (RUSH).-The final product can be delivered via VGen, Twitter DM ,email etc .
ART IS FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY (please ask if you are not sure!)-For COMERCIAL USE : The price is multiplied by 3 for illustrations and by 2 for designs(Etc: streaming stuff)-MERCHANDISING is PROHIBITED.-Cilents CANNOT use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc or AI.-Commissions on vgen will have extra fess!
